- The experience at the airport was very upsetting because in addition to my flight being delayed, there were 4 more flights that were delayed; This caused that there were too many people among those who arrived on a trip, and the city's airport does not have the infrastructure to receive all these people. All this series of events made me spend a lot of time on my feet and that long wait was very uncomfortable.the service offered by the doctor should have better assistance in terms of airport procedures and the process upon arrival in the country and in the city
- Having a quote is a nightmare, it took me too long to have an answer and to be able to confirm my surgery date, after that was better, doctor gómez has good staff in the clinic and in the recovery house, even when They are always running like crazy from one place to another, they always help you and are supporting you in the process before and after the surgery.
- My only complain is about the hospitalization service is really bad, there is a lack of better care and availability for the patients by all the staff, from the assistant who received you to the surgery assistants, from my experience it was bad I was not satisfied because in addition to my fears around everything the procedure I found lack of empathy, and the nurses had a bad attitude.
